- ThinkVitals Vital Signs patient acuity system is modular, with functionality for Vital Signs observations; Neurology; a Body map to record lesions with mobile device camera integration for uploading pictures to the patient record; Pressure Ulcers using the Waterlow risk algorithm; PeakFlow with before and after; Falls, Stool, Fluids, AKI, Diabetes, Sepsis, Plans, Presentations a & Investigations and and pathology results.
The application provides the hospital with a WardLayoutEditor tool that can be used to create a graphic view of hospital wards, bays and bed locations colour coded to NEWS2 each with a countdown clock, the delta between last and current NEWS2, users can drill down to all patient information from the bed or patient list view.
Also included is a TakeList function for tracking patients coming from either ED or external sources. A further PDF Generator tool converts patient charts to PDF for storage to external EDMS for future reference after discharge
